We collected all our sticky notes from all the interviews previously and narrowed them down to the most important points. We had to do this twice as we had so many sticky notes. The key points with the most sticky notes were the environment, the emotions and attitudes toward the river, and the river itself.

The most important points we are considering focussing on include:

• Awareness (Government and social media)
• Education
• Littering/Recycling
• Tourist attraction
• Attitude change

We created a problem statement based on each point:

After this, we had to thoroughly unpack each problem statement, understanding what is critical, and important, the important experiences, and the important functions.
